Cost Estimation and Proposal

Prepare detailed project estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Share transparent pricing and construction package details. Finalize budget and payment schedule.

Agreement and Project Kick-off

Sign construction agreement/contract. Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Assign dedicated project manager and execution team.

Approvals and Documentation

Obtain required approvals and permits from local authorities. Complete structural drawings and statutory documentation. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Construction Execution

A. Site Preparation Site cleaning, layout marking, and mobilization. Temporary utilities arrangement.

B. Foundation Work Excavation and footing construction. PCC, RCC foundation, and plinth work.

C. Structural Construction Columns, beams, slabs, and masonry work. Regular quality checks and inspections.

D. Roofing and Waterproofing Roof slab completion. Waterproofing treatment for terrace, bathrooms, and wet areas.

Electrical, Plumbing and MEP Works

Concealed electrical wiring. Plumbing and drainage installation. HVAC, fire safety, and other MEP services (if applicable).

Interior and Finishing Works

Plastering, flooring, tiling, and false ceiling. Painting, carpentry, modular kitchen, and fixtures installation. Doors, windows, and sanitary fittings.

Quality Inspection and Client Review

Conduct comprehensive quality checks. Rectify punch-list items. Arrange site walkthrough with the client.

Project Handover

Final cleaning and finishing. Deliver project documents, warranties, and keys. Official handover of the completed project.

Post-Handover Support

Defect liability and maintenance support. Warranty assistance and customer service. Ongoing relationship for future requirements.
